DEAR SLEEP DOCTORS:

Dear Sleep Doctors,
I have been having problems sleeping for many years…..never really been a good sleeper, even as a child. Over the past few years, this problem seems to have gotten worse, and now I feel like I don’t sleep a wink. I have gained a lot of weight, and now I have developed multiple health problems. I have tried every medication in the world, and these have been of no help. What can I do? Desperately seeking your help…..
Thanks, Susan
